It's faster to make a sketch in marker art and scan it- why should we make a digital sketch?

Your client will get more for their money. Changes are faster moving the flower vase is literally "one click" away. A digital sketch can be e-mailed to multiple offices at once. The usefulness of a digital rendering doesn't end with the initial presentation- it carries through the entire project. A digital framework can be used for bid drawings construction drawings, virtual scenery, and much more. You say you do renderings, drafting, and surveysI only want a sketch. Do you do that?

Yes, we do pencil sketches and quick drawings from any source material. Our trademark is real world accuracy in mechanical perspective. For that the 3d wire frames made from computer drafting and surveys give the best results in the shortest time.

Can you work off of architect's plans?

Absolutely! We can work with ArchiCAD, Studio 3D, AutoCAD, DXF, DWG, and many other file types.If no drawings are available we can do the survey for you , interpret your sketches, or do all of the bid drawings from scratch.

Can you supply a New York Certificate of Flameproofing?

Yes, We have a Certificate to Supervise Flameproofing issued by the New York City Fire Department.

Do you work via E-mail

That is our speciality. This enables the information to travel to multiple people in the shortest time. We like to follow up with hard copy because of the difficulty of getting cross platform color accuracy; but when there isn't the time for FedEx RGB registration references help insure color calibration on different monitors and printers.Other formats include VHS, CD, DVD, FTP download, Glossy Photoprints, Giclee prints, archival water color paper, and Plotted color draftings.
